
Q: How much are memberships?
A: We are a personal training studio. We only offer one-on-one training sessions, and small group classes. Training session and class prices are based on the amount of training sessions per month. Q: What are your hours?
A: As a personal training studio, our hours are per appointment. Please email info@jaxdfitnessny.com or call 631-825-2069 for a meet and greet to discuss your fitness goals and tour our studio
Q: Can I bring a friend? Do you offer guest passes?
A: You can bring a friend to a partner training for an additional cost. If you would like to schedule partner training, please email info@jaxdfitnessny.com for more details or discuss with your trainer.
Q: Can I freeze my personal training membership?
A: Yes you can, for up to 3 months per year. You would need to speak with an administrator to do so. There is no charge to freeze and un-freeze your membership.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All personal training sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This policy ensures that all members have the opportunity to access the training slots they request, and ensures respect for trainer’s time. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise, and will discuss exceptions on a case-by- case basis.

Q: Can I share my personal training membership?
A: Yes! You can share your personal training memberships with family members. We love the idea of families focusing on their fitness together! Please inquire at info@jaxdfitnessny.com for more details.

Q: Do you offer childcare?
A: No, we do not offer childcare. However, children can train with a personal trainer as long as they have parental consent. We welcome students, and believe fitness should be accessible for all ages.

Q: Do you take cash?
A: Yes, we do and will provide a receipt. Zelle, Venmo, or check is accepted as well.

Q: Do you provide lockers?
A: No, we do not provide lockers. Clients can leave personal items in our cubbies or on our jacket hooks. However, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost personal belongings.
